These terms govern your relationship with Perfect Fabricators — a family-run custom blinds and window treatment business founded in Bengaluru in 1991. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or engaging with any Perfect Fabricators service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and others who access or use our services, whether in person at our Bengaluru location, via phone, or through our website at perfectfabricators.co.
All blinds and window treatments manufactured by Perfect Fabricators are custom-made to your specific measurements and preferences. Because of the bespoke nature of our products: • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. • Measurements provided by the customer are the customer's sole responsibility unless our team performs the site measurement. • Colours and textures may vary slightly from swatches or screen representations due to fabric dye lots and monitor calibration. • Perfect Fabricators reserves the right to refuse an order if the specifications provided are incomplete or technically unfeasible.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to initiate manufacturing, with the balance due upon delivery or installation. Prices do not include installation charges unless explicitly stated in your quotation. Perfect Fabricators reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice for future orders.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by factors beyond our control — including but not limited to material supply disruptions, weather, or customer unavailability — do not constitute a breach of contract. Installation is carried out by our trained team. The customer must ensure clear access to windows and a safe working environment. Perfect Fabricators is not liable for pre-existing structural damage to walls, frames, or surfaces revealed during installation.
Perfect Fabricators products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover: • Damage from improper use, cleaning, or maintenance • Fading due to prolonged direct sunlight exposure • Damage caused by third-party installation or modification • Normal wear and tear Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
All content on perfectfabricators.co — including photography, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Perfect Fabricators. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
