Customer Guide
Dust weekly with a dry microfibre cloth or low-suction vacuum with a brush attachment. Work from top to bottom.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Do not soak or immerse. Allow to air dry fully before rolling up.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or machine washing. Never roll up while damp — this causes mildew and permanent creasing.
Pro Tip
For fabric rollers, a lint roller works wonderfully for quick surface dust removal between deeper cleans.
Prolonged direct UV exposure fades most fabrics over time. Use a light-filtering liner behind dark blinds in south or west-facing rooms.
Avoid installing fabric blinds in bathrooms or kitchens without proper ventilation. Condensation leads to mildew and mould on fabrics.
A tiny drop of silicone lubricant on roller brackets and chain mechanisms once a year keeps operation smooth and quiet.
If storing blinds, wrap loosely in a cotton sheet (not plastic) and keep horizontally. Never store damp or in direct sunlight.
